Quality in the sector

swissstaffing places a major emphasis on quality and professionalism in the sector. Each member undergoes the swissstaffing quality audit before being accepted into the group, and must pass a recertification audit every three years.

The swissstaffing quality label and the association's internal quality standards represent high, professional industry standards and ethically correct business practices.

swissstaffing has established quality standards to ensure a uniform stance. These standards apply to all members and their subsidiaries, affiliated companies and franchisees.
All swissstaffing members must:

  • Conduct their work in a professional manner
  • Record their company processes in writing
  • Meet financial and social insurance obligations
  • Behave fairly towards clients and other members
  • Be sufficiently trained for their work
  • Obtain recertification every three years

Quality label

The audit is completed using checklists prepared for the swissstaffing label and covers various areas including data protection, staff leasing, recruitment and occupational safety.

The SQS certificate is valid for three years. A recertification audit is completed before the certificate expires. The SQS certificate is recognized across Switzerland.

Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS)

The Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS) is Switzerland's leading organization for certification and assessment services. It conducts audits for the swissstaffing quality label on behalf of swissstaffing.
