Legal Counsel

We offer consultancy services for employment agencies on issues relating to individual and collective employment law. Our lawyers’ areas of practice include the CBA on Staff Leasing, employment agency legislation, general contractual law and legal provisions on social security. We can, of course, also support you with other branches of law and recommend a specialist where required. The Legal Department does not handle litigation itself but will put you in touch with a suitable lawyer in the event that legal proceedings become necessary.

Fees

Members:	We provide our members with one 30 minute consultation per case free of charge. Any additional consultations are charged at a rate of CHF 45 per 15 minutes.
Non-members:	We offer non members consultations lasting a maximum of 30 minutes, charged at a rate of CHF 50 per 15 minutes.
