QAS Quality and Safety
QAS, the industry solution for occupational health and safety, has been specifically designed for the field of staff leasing. By joining the industry solution and using the safety system, staff leasing companies can improve the safety of all employees (both permanent and temporary) and ensure that they are fully prepared for SUVA checks. By using QAS, staff leasing companies will comply with the requirements set out in FCOS guideline no. 6508.
Practical, legally compliant and digital
The QAS safety system has been designed to be centered around practice in line with legal standards based on the concept of consulting occupational doctors and other occupational safety specialists (known as the ASA concept), as set out by the FCOS. It comprises multiple components, such as a handbook with practical templates, checklists, and implementation aids; 'safely', a handy digital system; advice from experts, safety training, annual exchanges of experience, and much more.

The fee is charged per company group and covers:
- Handbook inc. templates/checklists/aids
- Individual advice on implementation
- One CEO course and one safety officer course
- License costs for the 'safely' digital solution
- Risk assessment, collective involvement of ASA specialists
- Annual experience day for exchanging experiences
- Update guarantee: documents, newsletters, annual campaigns, statistics
Registration / Membership QAS Industry solution
Training
To ensure the QAS industry solution and occupational health and safety are sustainable and
implemented in the long term, we have a number of tailored training sessions for QAS-
members. One CEO course and one safety officer course are included in the basic price. The training courses will be advertised online and can be booked individually. Depending on the size of the company, we recommend signing up to additional safety officer courses. The courses for HR consultants are advisable regardless of the company's size.

Funding
The industry solution QAS Quality and Safety was developed by swissstaffing in cooperation with the social partners Unia and Syna. It is also funded by a swissstaffing member.
