The new swissstaffing quality label – a clear sign
The swissstaffing quality label will be raised to a new level from September 2025, offering members, client companies, and temporary workers even greater security and confidence. It reflects the high level of professionalism in today's personnel services industry and sends a clear signal for quality and further development.
The new quality label was developed in close cooperation with members and was approved at the General Assembly on June 17, 2025. It will become binding in 2026.
Quality in the sector
Over the years, the swissstaffing quality label has established itself as a reliable and nationally recognized quality standard within the personnel services sector. Now, even higher standards are being set and expanded opportunities for greater security and trust are being offered.
The new quality label reflects what defines the sector today: professionalism, quality, and a clear stance.

The charter forms the foundation for sustainable and responsible working practices among the members of the swissstaffing association. The values set out in it are crucial to the commitment of the members and support the continuous development and assurance of quality and integrity in temporary work.
Quality label
The audit is based on optimized checklists that cover the most important processes in personnel services and are checked by SQS for effectiveness.
The following topics are examined: ESG (optional), leadership, personnel training and development, occupational safety, documentation, data protection, core processes (temporary staffing, permanent placement, search mandates, outplacement).
Another highlight: the ESG module makes it possible to make sustainable corporate management transparent and visible.
The swissstaffing quality label is reviewed every three years, thus maintaining the proven rhythm. All members start with initial certification when the quality label is introduced.
The SQS certificate is recognized across Switzerland.
Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS)
The Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS) is Switzerland's leading organization for certification and assessment services. It conducts audits for the swissstaffing quality label on behalf of swissstaffing.
