«staffing city» is the first self-Learning platform offering career entry for staffing service professionals. Fresh, dynamic, virtual. The self-learning platform, designed in the form of a virtual city, allows new staffing service professionals to learn about the industry in a practical, effective and consistent way. With this program swissstaffing is now providing digital, consistent, formal, decentralized training and is thereby adding to the existing course offering for staffing service professionals.

With staffing city, swissstaffing is setting yet another milestone in improving quality in the industry. As part of this, swissstaffing is now offering a digital learning system that is an industry solution specifically oriented to the needs of staffing service providers and their staff – in order to help boost the quality of services provided and enhance the image of the staffing service industry. And this is all being done, together with both members and non members, in an effort to create a successful and sustainable future.

General information
You can expect over 20 learning hours in the two modules. Take at least 3 months to complete both learning modules, i.e. approx. 1.5 - 2 hours per week.

Course «Self and time managemen» (90min)
Reflect on your own self-management and time management and increase your personal productivity. You will analyse your own working and learning behaviour in order to organize your working day more efficiently.

Course «Communication» (60min)
Clear and targeted communication is a key factor for successful acquisition meetings. You will learn the right questions to ask, how to inspire and how to meet objections professionally. Various communication models will help you to better understand the person you are talking to.

Course «Appearance» (60min)
Body language and appearance are more important than the content of messages. With the conscious use of your body and an appropriate appearance, your customer visit will be a success. After the customer visit, it is important to maintain the relationship in the long term. And that's exactly what you'll get lots of tips on here.

Course «Before the interview course» (60min)
The shortage of skilled workers presents recruiters with new challenges. Learn how to use different recruitment channels to find the right candidates in today's world. You will also learn how to write attractive job advertisements and position your employer well.

Course «Interview» (60min)
Job interviews are the key element in the application process. Interviews are therefore crucial to the success of an application process. Course «Contractual» (90min)
In this course, you will learn about the relevant sources of law and all legal areas of recruitment. You will then be familiar with the rights and obligations of employees and employers and know exactly what needs to be included in the employment and leasing contract.

Course «Legal requirements» (50min)
