HR Expert Specialization C

The qualification "HR Expert with Specialization C" will enable you to discover potential areas for improvement and to define and communicate measures. You will learn to identify solutions that are tailored to customer needs and operational possibilities, preparing you for future challenges in the labor market.

Specialization C will expand your expertise and skills across various levels:

• Active client acquisition and sustainable customer support
• Professional client consultations and leadership of recruitment processes
• Labor market analysis targeted at customer needs (client companies, temporary workers and/or permanent staff)
• Professional management and consultancy of temporary workers and permanent staff
• Profile and skills analysis for job seekers
• Rapid and professional matching of job seekers to vacancies in order to achieve win-win situations
• Concluding contracts and performing inductions
• Financial management of own business unit
• Clear structuring and presentation of processes
• Building and maintaining networks
• Management and social skills

Specialization C is specifically aimed at HR experts in employment agencies and temporary recruitment companies. All three specializations cover the same basic module during the first part of the course but go into more depth in the relevant area during the third part. This provides an outstanding opportunity to leverage your practical experience and prepare as thoroughly as possible for the examination.

Specialization C is the only route that teaches students how to maintain a network of contacts and customers, manage employees and ensure long-term business success.
Anyone who wishes to switch to a different field in the future, e.g. to the HR department of a company or to a regional employment agency, can easily expand their expertise by adding on Specialization A or B.

Graduates of courses which offer preparation for a Swiss federal examination will receive direct financial support from the state. You can submit a corresponding application to the state and you will receive a 50% rebate of the course fees charged. This means that graduates of our HR professional examination in field C «Private(r) Personalvermittlung und -verleih» (Private Personnel Recruitment and Leasing) will be able to take advantage of this opportunity in the future.

Prerequisites for Specialization C:

• Federal VET certificate, grammar school matriculation, vocational matriculation, intermediate vocational school certificate or equivalent qualification
• Proof of successful completion of HR assistant certification exam or equivalent qualification
• Four years of professional practice, including at least two years in HR and one year in staff recruitment and leasing
